Alux Research ships exclusively within the United States.We do not currently offer international shipping to ensure full regulatory compliance and protect the integrity of our research-only products.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days
- Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing times
Domestic Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available)

- All shipments include tamper-evident seals and protective packaging
- Orders with addresses outside the U.S. may be automatically canceled
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is damaged or missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Photographic evidence of the damage or issue
